eBusiness Consultant:

As an eBusiness consultant you will help our customers to optimize their customers' “real user experience”  with their online services. You will be in close contact with our customers, both within their business and IT organizations, where you will advise them in a professional, flexible, and independent manner.
With your knowledge of Internet Business, Business, and IT you are able to offer advice on the entire Internet Value Chain. The end-user experience of our customers' customers is always your main focus.

ePerformance Consultant:

As an eBusiness consultant you will help our customers to optimize their customers' “real user experience”  with their online services. You are responsible for analyzing the performance of online services and identifying performance, availability and capacity issues. Based on this analysis you will advise our customers how to improve the “end user experience” of their customers at a functional, technical and, when needed, process level.

ePerformance Analyst:
